30 in 60 Fitness Challenge at Define


This past week was my first week of the Define 30 in 60 Challenge! 30 classes in 60 days at Define Body & Mind here we come... which admittedly needed because work and school have been taking up a lot of my work out time. It was also hard to back into the swing of things after vacation last month and I backtracked a bit on my routine 😬


Whether it’s a barre, bounce, yoga or cycle class, the classes at Define always challenge you to engage your body and mind to better yourself. 






The instructors are so great with making sure you connect physically and mentally too, they definitely push you to think about why you’re there and what your objective is. 

About 2  years ago I realized how much the normal 9-5 desk job was affecting me, not to mention doing mandatory overtime, so that 5 turned into 9pm and by the time I was home I was spent. 

I also realized that snacking between breaks to kill the time had become the norm and I wasn't keeping up with the healthy lifestyle I wanted for myself. I neeeeeded change!

After being an athlete for most of my life, being stagnant was just not for me and I had to get back into a fitness routine and get active toned again asap. Thats when I found Define Body & Mind in Carrolwood.


Last year with Define’s help I lost 18 pounds, 2 inches around my waist, and gained a ton of strength I had lost while being inactive.




Ever since I found the studio it's been such an awesome experience, and helped me reach a ton of my personal goals. Plus, I gained a better outlook on HIIT, plyometrics and the importance of flexibility and protecting your body. (Low impact workouts for the win!) Not to mention all the different ways you can work out there while also having fun, Hello Bounce ;)
