Around every little corner is an amazing restaurant or bar just waiting to be found. The tropical atmospheres, homemade tortillas, artisan dishes, and long list of crazy drinks just get better and better each one you stop in. Walking down the road in Playa del Carmen, we came upon this gem of a place La Cueva Del Chango that had a fresh stream running through it, turning into a koi pond in the middle of the restaurant. You can dine outside in the lush foliage, or underneath an amazing roof with glass bottle ceilings. We had an amazing meal and drinks here before heading out to the beach.
