(Oval Ruby earrings, Forever 21 necklace)

(Forever 21 Cuff, Peacock ring)

Peacock Ring w/ purple stones

(Printed skirt- Charlotte Russe)

Handcrafted in Bahamas Peacock bag

(Charlotte Russe Velvet slingback wedges, DKNY bustier)

Hello Sunshines! Today I'm in a very good mood because i can finally see the sun! This past week has been so terrible and black out, we had tropical storm Debbie come through Florida and it was shitty and flooded. There are lakes everywhere that have sprung up out of the blue, and you could hardly drive without letting water seep through your doors. Forget leaving the house if you care about your interior and outfit! But today we were finally able to take some good photos, the sun was shining and i am happy :) When I went to the Bahamas i got this amazing peacock bag, hand-sewn by the locals.(If i haven't already expressed enough how much i love peacocks). I had to have it and didn't even try and bargain because it was worth every cent they wanted. The colors are great and really gave me a south asian inspiration, like inside a genies lamp! So i created my outfit around it. I really like to start with one new or interesting piece, commit to it, and build on it -that way i can be less of my indecisive self. Does anyone else do that? Anywho, the print on this skirt also brought the feel i was looking for, so i paired the two together for a very Indian vibe- I love it. This gold and beaded necklace went well two, along with my other gold accessories- two of my favorite peacock rings and, some ruby earrings, and my bronze cuff. I wish I would have worn different shoes other than my velvet wedges sling-backs but I don't know what other ones to wear? Any ideas? Oh and random factoid- the Peacock is the national bird of India, i had no idea when i put this together though ha ;)

 Vintage sunnies @ La France

Make up-
green eyeshadow by MAC in Juxt
gold eyeshadow by Anastasia Beverly Hills available @ Sephora

( Sarah J handmade bracelets)

(Snake Skin pumps)

I bought this dress during a spring sale at Quiet Flight where some of the Billabong dresses were 20 % off, so i haddd to get one. Of course being me however, the tag has been on it up until this day! I get a little body-conscious in tight dresses like this, but this one didn't cling to much which was pleasing. I love all the colors of this dress, the pops of jade and blue amongst all the nudes and creams. Andddd i have the PERFECT accessories to match! I got these two lovely bracelets from a Boutique in Tarpon, handmade my Sarah J. I love the jade and the cross on the beaded one, and the leather band is awesome period. I discovered her goodies about a year ago when i got an amazing Fringe scarf at this particular Boutique, and i have been seeing her stuff everyywhereee ever since! These vintage sunnies i got at one of my FAVORITE vintage shops in Ybor City ' La France', i love the orange fade and the shape, and how it matched perfectly with my necklace! Threw on my snakeskin heels, ( I need some cream/tan heels!!!) and off i went :) Likey?

Oh and make sure to check out my giveaway on last post to win that gorgeous Rhinestone Peony Ring! I really appreciate it, can't give it away if no one enters ;) Entry's close June 2!

Win this amazing Peony ring from Francescas Boutique! (see below)

I am so excited to bring you readers my first Giveaway! I got this gorgeous cocktail ring from one of my FAVORITE boutiques, Francesca's . They are an amazing store with everything from their own line of jeans, cute fedoras, colorful sundresses, amazing tops in every texture imaginable, and so many cocktail rings, wooden, beaded, stoned, and woven necklaces & earrings. They have a very boho meets classic preppy vibe, kind of reminds me of an anthropology with more color! They also have an online store, you can visit their website here :) The folks down at my local boutique kindly gifted me with this large gold & rhinestone floral cocktail ring. It's the first time a shop has actually offered me anything to show ( and even give away :) ) on my blog! So, I'm really grateful <3 You can't get this ring anywhere else, its not on their online shop it was only in their specific boutique :) Its a stretchy ring, anywhere from a size 6 to a size 9 finger, so it should fit most everyone, and its not the kind that squeezes your finger; its quite comfortable and sooo cute!

Now on to the outfit-- As you may have seen in a post of my previous shopping hauls, i finally got Peacock print wedges to add to my collection!! I don't really own much green, so instead i played off the orange on the pattern. This orange skirt i've owned for ages (i love the little floral embroidery at the bottom) so it went perfect with both the wedges and this amazing Peony cocktail ring! Im also excited to not only debut these wedges, but also this new bag that is my new babycakes <3 Its a Waterlily bag i got off the Urban Outfitters Online site, and i kinda splurged... but its okay cuz` i love him (all my bags are men, except a select dames ;). I'm obsessed with the fringe tassels and braided front flap. The strap is woven with gold chain which gives it instant chic-ness, and i love its front pockets too #Functionality <3 It was about to storm so i didn't get many good pictures but i kind of like how eerie the sky looks :) XO

(H&M leggings, Made For Good Tee, MyStyle Bracelet @Macy's, DIY headpiece)

Im really excited to debut this shirt, its a new baby in my closet. I a sucker right now for anything that is high-low, and i adore and the graphic photo/saying. "Not All Who Wander are Lost". It spoke to me in a kind of way and it gave me some serious inspiration for the shoot. Setting: the woods. Had to wear it with some leggings- leather in this case, some booties, this awesome Zodiac necklace i found at a garage sale, a cute bracelet, and this DIY head piece (is really a necklace). Mini fashion Haul!

LET ME TELL YOU! So since i have been broke for about the past month in a half, I have had to cut back on my shopping/spending expenditures. Translation: No indulging on Nirvana rolls at Zen my FAVORITE sushi bistro, no Tazo tea... everyday that is.... No spending all the extra cash in my wallet on mixed drinks at Caddys beach club every sunday... and worst of all NO shopping. Literally none. What to do :( So thats when Momma called me and things turned around :) Being the sweet mother she is, she took me on a shopping. CHYECK IT OUT VVVV

For those of you who know about my obsession with anything and everything that is peacock, i even have a peacock feather tattooed on my hip. And now i have found WEDGESS!!!!!! Yes, i found peacock wedges, the cutest ones might i add and only left in my size!! I'm so happy. I have so much peacock things, my boyfriend makes fun of me and says that "One day instead of a Cat lady ill be the Peacock lady with everything peacock". But really.

A bunch of tanks- Enough said, just too damn hot outside, i needed a few new ones.

This AMAZING Steve Madden Clutch, i love the cream leather and "snake skin"

My new BABY! This bag is just so cute, i love the type of bag with the drawstring top and flap, but what i love most is the braided flap and strap, the front fringe tassels, and the pocketsss!! I heart finding pockets.

This tee <3

Deep Sea Baby

On me:
Sheer asymetrical sweep dress: Romwe
Gold heels- Traffic
Blue Wicker bag- Vintage
Starfish earrings & shell necklace-Boutique
Gold & Pearl necklace (2nd shoot)- Vintage

The sheer sweep dress. I ordered this sparkly on when it was on sale and couldn't wait to accessorize it with it. It has the green/blue cosmic print, but it really reminds me more of under the sea. I incorporated this deep sea inspiration in my outfit by adding my favorite beachy starfish earrings and my gold and pearl jewelry. I took the first set of pictures and wasn't completely satisfied with them so i changed a couple details including my necklace and heels, and finished off the later that day. I really love the make-up for this look and i enjoyed doing it. I used mostly MAC eyeshadows plus an NYC gold shimmer, and BUXOM Mascara, with a MAC mascara topcoat. My nails were painted in Sinful Colors 'Rise and Shine', and lips in a pink and gold sheen gloss by Vincent Longo called 'Rosewood Luster'.
