Every girl needs a White Lace dress

On Me:
White lace dress: Vintage
Nude Pumps- Steve madden
Bag- Coach

Elllooooo poppets! HOW IS EVERYBODY TODAY?! Im in an especially good mood because yesterday I went to Ybor City and thrifted my ass off. There is an amazing boutique there called La France that specializes in selling the most amazing vintage clothes. I was dragged out of there by my bestfriend with three pairs of vintage sunglasses,a white lace dress, and some polka dot knee highs. Next we went to this thrift store Revolve and got soooo much goooodddssss. (aka- cheeta pants, denim patched cutoffs, a nifty sublime tank, and like a bagillion pieces of jewelry!! -just to name a few- so i have so much new new to share!

My orchid tree is blooming so beautifully and I really wanted to clip a few off for a vase before the rain and wind took all the flowers to the ground. Especially in gloomy weather, i like to wear bright colors to lighten up my day and so i chose to wear this gorgeous lace dress i found at the vintage boutique La France i was talking about, and of course with lace- I add some pearls! Also, I love wearing nude heels to elongate my short lil legs. This spring time coach bag fit in perfectly with the spring showers :)

Solemio

Hello there Lovelys! Im about to head to downtown Tampa and Ybor city with my bestfriend Megan to go visit some awesome thrift stores and vintage shops. Im a little upset because I cant find my camera cord ANYWHERE and I cant charge it so boo. Ill just have to use the huge olympus today! Anywho, thought I would post yesterdays Fridays outfit, I gave you a little preview of it in a previous post. I wore my floppy black hat before though and im so mad because just as I was about to take there pics it blew off my head and into a puddle. Just wonderful! This dress was sent to me in first shipment i've gotten from GoJane.com, and its just amazing. The brand is Solemio, and I lovee the soft material, oh and the back is obviously gorgeous. I love how it gives it front cutouts aswell. Paired it with my black embellished Nine West booties, and my reptile Topshop clutch. Oh and my rhinestone snake bracelet. Classic black on black outfit, but i love how you can accesorize amazingly with a cute LBD!

Comment and follow loves, always appriciate it!!

Florida State Fair

Hello there loves! Me and my boyfriend Shane went to the Fair and these are some of the outfit pictures i took. I uploaded the ones of our day in my previous post so check it out if you havent already. So I just got in my first shipment from GoJane.com this past week and have been dyyying to post this dress from Lush its gorgeous. The chiffon material is amazingly soft and the one shouldered bell sleeve is just beautiful. I wanted to dress it up, but that will have to be saved for a "Apparell Revival" because the fair is not a place to wear pumps. Instead i wore brown leather knee-high boots and lots of wooden bangles and jewlery with some turquoise. The early colors of this dress and the accessories really give off a native american vibe, and the brown suede fringe bag went well with that. Some obnoxious guy called me Pocahontas, boyfriend got a little over protective as usual, but all was fine lol. Oh and i got this AMAZING bag, its a dark olive green color and has an amazing stitching that shows Indian Elephants and their trainers.

On me:
Camel one shoulder'ed dress- from Lush @ GoJane.com
Brown Leather knee-high boots- Nine west
Leather flower bracelet; wooden and turqouise bangles- Fossil
Wooden & Turqouise feather necklace- Forever 21
Suede Fringe bag- Fossil

Its from a little shop I found at the fair that is based in Minnesota and called "The Camels Back". Ill have a post including it soon enough!

Spring has Sprung

Right now I am on my Wednesday off from EVERYTHING. I have school Tuesday and Thursday and work sporadically, but I make sure I have at least one day to myself a week. Every girl needs at least 24 hours of ME time, and my day is Wednesday. Sooo, I thought now would be a great time express my yearning for Spring time and what is going to be in store for Fashion this coming season!
Okay so obviously we all know pastels are a huge trend this spring. We've seen it in all the shows, and all the lines but what else is there....?
Making some NAUTICAL waves
So this deep sea/nautical theme craze is sweeping the industry and i caught on board AWHILE ago. Not because i know any better than anyone else but because by father is so damn obsessed with anything ocean or sailing related i think i have an item of each type of clothing with something Nautical

The PEPLUM- How i love this shape! Makes anyones butt look great- might i add.

Jason Wu

Marchesa

BAROQUE details-
Never thought would be glad I took Baroque Humanities class ;)

Roberto Cavalli

PIN me UP-
Pin-up girls from the 40's and 50's have always served as one of my biggest fashion inspirations. Mainy because of my body type (A high, tiny waist but HUGE low hips and got some meat on her?) yeah thats me. But i've learned to play it up. Cherries, high waists and polka dot dresses come to mind anyone?

Prada 2012 Spring Campaign

DENIM it down
Recently just bought my first perfect denim blouse to match with EVERTHING! Now dont get me wrong- in my tomboy days the only thing I wore was denim but threw all that out the window awhile back- but now I wish I hadn't. Denim is the perfect way to dress down an outfit in a really chic way. I especially am loving the denim crop tops and vests this season, they are all so cute!

Tommy Hilfiger

So that is my take on some fads that we have all been seeing on and off the runways this spring. You'll see me highly embracing the Pin up vibe and all the rest!

Dreaming of an Island In the Sun ♥

THIS TOP<3 I just cant get enough of it. Simple enough front, but the back is exquisite with intricate weavings leading to fringe and the material is so soft its 95% Rayon and 5% spandex... Its from an amazing little nautical shop in Tarpon called the Sponge Divers supply. The brand is Ocean Drive, a clothing line that comes out of L.A. Since its white it goes with mostly everything but this time i chose turquoise. I bought these lovely shorts last week from GoJane.com on a sale for 9.75! It was my first order from that store and i was very pleased with the cuteness and quality of the clothing. I love this laid back outfit and im sooooo ready for spring you dont even know I want COLOR! I want blue waters! I need to be in CANCUN NOW!!!

Classic Monochrome

This is just a very simple and classic look thrown together as I was running late for class (We took pictures afterward haha). Whenever im in a rush I go for monocrome- easy to pair, easy to accessories, easy time management. I have currently been obsessing over this hand made scarf from SarahJ its a perfect scarf to toss over any outfit and spice it up. I wore a clean crisp white blouse- curtesy of H&M, black Refuge jeans with my Diesel belt, my thick-heeled Mary Janes and Ray Ban Clubmasters. And of course i had "It" with me my faur fur bag from H&M , its kind of been my staple bag for a while now, I think its about time to retire for a bit. But it just goes with everything ahhh -__-!

Someday all this mess will make me laugh

CORALANDTEALCORALANDTEALCORALANDTEAL!

Got that? Coral and Teal are my official new favorite color combo for Spring. So fun and beachy but intense as well, and look great together of course. Im obsessed with this new blouse from Forever 21's Love contemporary line, i love the hem and detail on the edges. Looks amazing with these coral jeans also from Forever 21 which may i add, actually fit really nicely- just the right amount of stretch. OOoo I'm also obsessing over the embellishments on both my new Booties and the shoulders of my jacket! Bought both at a Macy's sale a couple of weeks ago. Thought  i would throw in ths fringe chain necklace and my faux fur bag from H&M my bestfriend likes to call "It". Just got home from my Psychology night lecture and im sooo tired. Going to the fair tomorrow though yay! xoxo

Please follow and comment on my blog, i would love to get some followers; will check your blog out too :)
